This April we have a We-Care #7 that enables us to engage with each other so that’s why this session can be very important. We-Care #7 gave us a forum to share the results of what we’ve done, addressed concerns of team members, helped us feel “in the loop”, and discussed what we can do to help the organization succeed. Last but not least, encouraging one-team spirit is our ultimate goal.

Huy’s words give team members a sense of their team’s unique strengths and areas of improvement. Gaining a better understanding and greater appreciation of each team member’s style give the team as a whole the ability to work together more effectively.
Huy also clarified each behavior that builds upon the previous behaviors and supports the others. The team profile and facilitated program let team members know how the team is doing, and how we can become more cohesive in the long run.
